All, in order to further evolve my US Supporters site, i'm looking for people who attend the USMNT matches to write an article on their experience incluive of pictures.
Essentially I'm looking for first hand accounts of US Supporters traveling to watch the USMNT or an US Soccer player and the cultural value of both the city, tourism, stadium, the game, and general experience. We're looking for creative and stylistic writing, photographs, highlights of bars attended, critiques of hotels, tourist sites visited, ambiance of pre- and post-game celebations, etc. Think Travel&Leisure meets Sports Illustrated.
If anyone is going to todays Colombia game or the 19ths Ecuador game and could put some words to paper, I'd be most appreciative.
Check out the US Supporters Travel Site (http://esc32.midphase.com/~kotasm/worldCup.html) for additional information.
While part of the article should tie to the game, we're not here to compete with Yanks Abroad, they do a fantastic job of game reporting. We're here to support the fan-base, the atmosphere, and the travel experience.
