Those are crappy conventional streams, and can't come close to CoolStreaming quality (no buffering). Go check out Star Sports picture quality on CoolStreaming in the link I provided. Also, for CoolStreaming the more the number of people connected to a channel, its picture quality gets better. For conventional streaming, its exactly opposite.

I am currently watching from the link I gave and the picture and sound are very good and in English. Cool streaming kept breaking up on me this past weekend and is currently taking forever to buffer.

OK, to each his own. For me the picture/sound quality of both ESPN Asia and Star Sports has never been better than right now.
