Lets say someone wants to listen to the new NIN tracks or some from the Kaiser Chiefs before deciding to buy their albums. Lets say that someone is using a program called Ares. And lets say that recently when he has downloaded a song it has become 20 minutes of helicopter noise. What should someone do in this situation, can these hypothetical files be converted and become useful again, what is causing this?
