Ok, I MOTS against my number 2 on Sunday and beat him 9-0 (overkill. Maybe he PIC'ed? Nah)
Anyway, my TS is furious. Do I need to PIC or will it return to normal levels on it own if I play 'Normal'?

it'll return to normal but it'll take a while. The speed of recovery depends on your leadership.

If you PIC it will return to "normal" right away. If you wait and let it go up by itself it will take a few weeks to get back up.
