He's injured more then Darren Anderton. Actually starting to annoy the hell out of me. His sale will raise funds to strengthen other parts of the team...and if Rossi is that good he may take that 4th spot or, we get somebody else in.... It's getting ridiculous now no-one ever expects him to be fit even...Argghhhhh!

Guess who...

Has your tolerance of him worn as thin as mine has??

It would be pointless to sell him... who would buy him? My question is how the hell did he get injured? he played like 10mins.

I'm sure we'd get a fair penny for him. Newcastle would be in like a shot. His continued absence is really hurting us at times..argggghhh

Frustrating? He comes in scores a bunch of goals, gets a bit knocked up this year, and folks are ready to bail?

Especially with Rossi and possibly Ole coming back, he is surplus. I'm choking while I say this but even Bellion has been more productive. Highlight of the season for Saha so far, heading the ball before Rooney's incredible volley against Boro. Too bad we won't get much for him now.

gimme an ache
give me an ahhh

He was tearing up the League at Fullham then announced he wanted to go to a BIG club. He needed to go so HE could be recognized by France. Man U needed a striker and SAF said "hey, the lad wants to play for us." So we grabbed him and Fullham hit the skids. The voodoo started. Someone in London stuck a pin in a doll and Louis began to crawl around. But what does he care, he is on the France roster and is getting GIANT lbs from us. He plays a little and sits in the injury room alot.
He is way to fragile to play for us if he is getting done in all the time while training. He does not leave games due to injury, he does not make the games due to injuries he gets in training. Maybe he should train less and play more. He has become even more fragile since we picked up Wayne.
I think he is in a funk, again.

Saha always seemed like a CM buy to me. "Hmm...he's doing well now, let's swoop in a pick him up". I'm sure someone would take him.

Let's be very real here. He aint no Ole. We owe him absolutely nothing and his overall absence is costing us. He's our fastest striker and the alleged extra dimension...but what good is it if he never plays? His obsession with his NT and the subsequent 'package injury' he gets while away is also taking the pish..

He must be treading on very thin ice at the club...I remember Keano having a pop at him after the Porto away leg...mentioning his 'injuries' and I'm betting his stock amongst the others is waning...'Who are you again? Oh, you play for Man Utd? Oh, well, I'm Roy. A pleasaure it is to meet you, I'm sure'....meh, sell him... the 6-10million we would get could really be put to good use. How's about a 1-2million rescue mission for Cavenaghi in Russia and 8mill change toward a keeper/winger/dm or even cb??? yes please!

Except he actually is a good player when not injured. Of course, the silly part is: his injury problems existed before we bought him.

Oops...

never this bad at Fulham. He's a good player but his injury(ies) are becoming a huge cause for concern. he's only 26 and that he is so prone is a massive concern..he's likely to get worse with age (injury wise) not better..I just hope his injuries are 100% genuine...

I know its in retrospect a bit, but at the moment his situation just screams "failed panic buy". Yeah, he did well for us when he first came over. It's a "what have you done for me lately?" world though.

The only problem I have is the price. You're not going to persuade four world class strikers to play for you. They're not all going to want to sit on the bench.

So we have Saha and Smith, who are both just a hair shy of being world class. Yet they both offer something different from Ruud and Rooney. Smith's tough and versatile enough to play midfield, while Saha is the most athletic and good in the air.

If Saha weren't injured so much, I think he'd be a fantastic 3rd or 4th striker...which is all we need from him anyway.
