I think Marcelinho has many good years left and would be a great signing by Hertha. 2011 though seems a little long; there should be someone by then who will be better than him and will play better. I think an extension to 2009 would be more practical, but he is a great player and always a Hertha hero.

Personally, I liked his hair bleached more. It matched better with his golden boots; the red contrasts a bit harshly, as it doesn't match with anything (e.g. no red in any of the hertha jerseys). But it is different, and different is cool.

Ah, but you see, he had the red boots now, so he still matches...and the first match he had it was for the HSV match, who play away in red now days, and we stomped on them, so it was nice.

Doesn't he have the golden boots? I thought Bastuerk had the red "90" boots...maybe Basteurk should dye his hair red.

I was at the HSV game, and Im pretty sure he was sporting the red boots....I was in the Kurve drinking beer and singing songs though, so I could be wrong...
