Good morning, I am from Scotland and wanted to as a question.

In Germany, if you know a referee/linesman supports a particular team would he be allowed to referee games where that team was playing? ANd would the fans be happy about it?

Normally they`re the best and fair, but one ässhole make it all to discuss.
It was never a question what a referee ar or linesman do like or not.

Ok they have clubs they like, but never pipe for.
Or ever pipe this games.
Exclude the world champions of Doofmand.

Dr Markus Merk (one of the world's best) is from Kaiserslautern and even club member of 1.FCK. He hasn't refereed any Lautern matches till now and won't do so. Helmut Krug is from Gelsenkirchen and won't referee Schlacke matches. Those two are from top of my head. There are surely some more referees with "restrictions".
