This match will be on PPV tomorrow at 11AM. Anybody know which bars might have this on? Do most of the footy bars carry PPV? Anybody up for seeing how our former captain is doing?

Well in the District, the Lucky Bar at 1221 Connecticut Ave NW will be showing it- $10 minimum tab- check out www.soccer-nation.com . I may head down to see some of Nellie. I imagine that Summers will be showing it too, but I don't go there.

Nellie had a good game - the announcers even made mention that he had been the DC United Captain and had led the team to the Championship. They also mentioned he came up through "the US college system" and he was the Kiwi team captain, but I'm still not sure if they know he's not an American. ;)

And a fitting prediction from the BRFCS boards:

I have no doubt about that myself.

I finally fot around to watching this match last night and I have to say that I thought Nelson was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire match.
He was given the responsibility of man-marking Duncan Ferguson on set pieces and did an admirable job.
I have to admit, I knew Nelson was good but I was really surprised by how good he appears to be in the Premiership.

According to FSC's broadcast schedule for this week (http://msn.foxsports.com/story/2646572) this match will be shown on FSC at 5pm on Wednesday, right before DC's match against HVFC.
There is a replay on FSC at 1pm on Thursday, and an EPL-Fan Zone (1hour condensed) version at 11:30pm on Thursday
