I nearly forgot to start a match thread!

We need these three points. If we play anywhere near what we did last week, we'll whip them so bad that people will confuse us for the Arsenal team that beat us so bad the first game of the season. :D

COYB!

Argh, I hate when they move the game and don't tell me. (Or maybe it was always on Sunday and I just wasn't paying attention. :D)

btw, I'm suprised there's not more interest in this game. We could really pick up three points on the RS, since Newcastle is going to be tough for them. I'd be surprised if they walk away from that game with more than one point from the geordies.

yea. newcastle is probably pumped from their chelsea win, and really confident. if liverpool lose and we win, the gap is up to 11 points. that's flippin' sweet

Never, ever, ever use the L word in this forum. :D

sorry. RS. it's 0-0 at halftime in the newcastle-RS game. ToTiT are handing a start to their sub goalkeeper, so newcastle might take advantage

fantastic. RS lost at newcastle, now we can go ahead to 11 points clear, although they will still have a game in hand.

What a dismal effort today. I can't believe we blew a chance at picking up three points on the RS. ********!

man... all the good guys lost points this weekend (cept for Toon). L*******l have a game in hand against... Blackburn! and 4 days later, it's The Derby. This would serve as the perfect way to compare the two merseysiders, and could significantly affect both teams' confidence, though both games are at A*****d.
and it seems i won't be 100% on my predictions :(

A*****d.

Dude, stop. You live in Alabama.

You have no reason, or right, to take the rivalry that seriously.

Dude, I don't take it seriously. A certain mod who pretty much owns this forum dislikes those words, and if I knew what RS meant, I might use that. And being it's a sport, I have a right to get worked up about anything that I want to, so go stick your passion-rights.

Sorry about that...I definitely overreacted. I think Sara was joking, or at least I hope she was.

Uh, dur... RS = Red Shite, which is what we Evertonians call that other team in town.

And of course I was joking. :D

Typical Robbie. Is he supposed to look like he's snorting a line off the ground, or did he just forget that people are watching? :)

Yobo blames himself for the loss:

While it's very gracious of him to do this, it's certainly not fair. We win as a team, so we must lose as a team as well.

I wasn't making fun of you, don't worry. You're not an Everton fan, so I guess it's ok. :)
