So am I. ;)
Hard to respect a guy who has the backing he does, and waits til it's in the bag before acting the ass...
He seems a little....petulant.
He's not content to allow the team the glory. Instead, he sees Sir I Licks and Obscene Finger getting press for their 3rd grade bitchfestival, and decides he deserves some attention too...

What. 2 defeats. The man is a born winner. Legend in my house.
He started out as Van Gaal's assistant at Barcelona. He has subsequently said Van Gaal was a great example for him. Now I for one remember how people all loved Van Gaal's obnoxious, arrogant behaviour WHEN HE WAS STILL WINNING. Everybody thought he was very entertaining, and, as you describe Mourinho, everybody then described Van Gaal as a born winner. As soon as Van Gaal stopped winning, however, everybody just thought he was an obnoxious, arrogant snob.
I'd be very surprised if Mourinho didn't follow the same route.

See. I love Chelsea because of Jose Mourinho and i hate the ********ing Cockneys. I just appreciate good football. I dont ask for very much. Just a few pound in my pocket for a pint and nice football. Simple as that.

He's a good tactician but it's not hard to be a good manager when you can spend all the dosh you want. It's like playing Premier manager with the cheat, a 6 year old could do his job, the kid might cry more but that's basically what Mourinho does but without the tears.

No Real Madrid have superstars are ageing and could be beaten by Barcelona, Inter, AC, Chelsea or any of the others, Chelsea only lost to Barca because of Anders Frisk. Chelsea probably could beat Real Madrid, and if they couldn't....next year buy more players.
Chelsea more or less have unlimited funds Real Madrid do not.

Are they not?
Not in my opinion no, they're not having a great season in La Liga, hence everytime i watch them they lose, and i think they definitely can be beaten in Europe by about 4 teams.

See. In my opinion they are the best team in the world. Roberto Carlos scoring that free kick for France in the World Cup of 98. pffft.

Like you said Melly, they spend money for fun...not for football...
Half their signings are half for the 'pub' (the kind without the pretty girl giving you beer all day... OTOH, if the bandwagon came a-rolling by my house with that offer, there would be an audible pop as the air I once occupied comes crashing back in my wake)
I love Real Madrid....where's my beer?
What? No beer?
I hate Real Madrid.

Yeah but Mel that was back in 98 when all Real Madrid's galacticos were in their prime or just coming into it. it's now 7 years later and they are still awesome players but not as far ahead as the pack as they were but now they're just good players who everybody's waiting on to retire soon.
