I'm looking for any information I can get regarding being a director of coaching. More or less I'm looking at it from square one. Any info. you could provide with as much detail as possible would be greatly appreciated. I have a vague idea about the position, but I'm looking at how DOC's approach their job.
If you have any information or a website with a DOC program or description I'd greatly appreciate it.

It is like a king an absolute ruler. I don't like one person being the final word on a club.
I like more of a democracy where all the coaches oppionions are taken into consideration, and all the club founders as well.
So you get a consensus of oppionion, and that is more apt to be the right choice rather then one persons oppionions.
