Can you remember a more lucky team than Chelsea. the amount of own goals rebounds ricochets that Chelsea have had the last 3 months is a astonishing.
Only this week Barcelona oblige and Liverpool oblige 11 minutes from time. Absolutly incredible. No Chelsea fan can say ever that there team is unlucky.

Who cares. I rather not dwell on Stepanovalik Chelski and whatever luck they get. I only care about United.

Hey, Nice. Do you think that Steven Gerrard scoring that own goal against Liverpool was a bit of foreshadowing?

Enough of the bitterness, folks. You're just inviting the Chelsea peanut gallery into here at this point.

Yes, they won. But hey let's not forget something that is being very, very, VERYU ovelrooked here. The match went 120 minutes. For literally 89 minutes of normal time and 20 minutes of ET, Chelsea were fighting for a goal very hard; do you have any idea how much that takes out of a player? A lot! Not only that, but Nunez's quick responser to Kezman's goal meant that there was no time for them to sit back at the end. Factor in the fact that they have some injuries, the Barca in a week and a bit and Norwich at the weekend and fixture congestion could wear on these guys.
Lampard, Duff, Terry, Gallas, Ferreira, Drogba, Makalele are SEVEN of their 11 first-teamers who could wear down pretty soon wiht all the action they have seen this year. Add to that that #8 (Robben) is out for a while and potentially #9 (Bridge) is done for the year, and you've got a bit of a bonus to take from this result.

Well Robben's imminent return should help alleviate their massive, massive ... massive injury crisis.

Man, today you say that the Carling Cup is worth a bag of steaming poop, but if ManU had won the Cup, we'd all the celebrating it as a testament to our greatness. C'mon, man, give us all a break. Giving crap names to these cups because we didn't win it is stupid. Geez, I remember us all making a big deal because Howard lost us the semi-final. If the cup meant nothing, they why was everyone wanting to rip the guy's head off?

Like it or not its not as valued as the FA Cup or the League title.
Thanx Ian... also, Mourinho is about as mature as Rooney and Ronaldo, what is it that makes people want to tell scousers to shut up? (ps, this is a reference to Ronaldo's celebration against them)

I really did not know who to root for today. I mean I did not want Chelsea to win ANY trophy but I cant stand Liverpool. So I decided, I could not give a damn who win. Poor pool though :p

Never pool, that's sacrilegious. I know what you mean about rentboys though, but who cares, tin cup. Above that FA cup, they got knocked outta that. Maureen is balls though, loved it today with the antics to the scousers.

No, of course not. And I'd never want a player on my team who'd do that.
As for Mourinho, I only saw the highlights. (Stupid rugby!) What did he do aside from the finger to his lips?
