just confirmed.

went to college in nashville, tn (many years ago). staying with an old college pal down there, and we'll be driving down to b'ham on matchday. for good measure, we'll be joined by his pal, roberto, who happens to be from guatemala.

the drive down will be great. but someone's going to be coming home grumpy.

I'll probably never go to a game and if I did I couldn't read about the game on this board during halftime. I'll watch it on TV.

Leaving at Huntsville 3:00 PM to tailgate in Birmingham! Anyone know of any tailgate parties or the like? I hear they are expecting over 25,000 people there so it should be a lot of fun.

I've been to late night concerts and back from B'ham to Atlanta. Come on man!

I will be there as it is in my town. :)

I've got to agree with pvan4. You gotta go.

I'll be driving from VA to Atlanta on Tuesday night after teaching Tuesday afternoon, then kidnapping my brother (who lives in Atlanta) and taking him to the game Wednesday night, and then returning to Atlanta that night. Then driving back to VA early that morning to teach Thursday afternoon.

Oh, and I love Brewhouse. Newcastle Brown on draft, great chicken fingers and soccer on TV. Doesn't get much better than that. I watched at least half of Euro2000 there.
