I like the "safe word" feature.

Awareness is half the battle but im not sure its a battle that can be won.

Firm I used to work at...IT guys used to regularly send out "spoof" emails with a body text saying something like "Anti Virus has detected attachemnt infect with the blah virus. Delete email immediatly. Do not open." etc etc.

Attachement was a VBScript file that basically used to send the IT bods your username if you opened it.

some 38% of all employs opened the attachment.
