Steve Bucknor is an incompetent idiot of the highest degree, and should be sacked TODAY!!!! The senile moron has time and again shown that he is not in the capacity to perform his job, and made shocking decisions having impact on match results. Yet, I'm amazed that the old man continues to get the job. I wonder if there some bribing going on in ICC at a high level to keep this idiot in job.

Replace him with Pierluigi Collina who will be out of the referee job very soon.

Honestly, I'm not expecting the result of the current match to be affected by Bucknor's folly yesterday. But still, I'm really really mad at him.

we will see
i hope that pakistan wins tomorrow.
imagine a win around 100,000 opposite crowd.
i m pretty sure that pakistan will give 1000% out of 100%, (unless inzi gets bad decission as well).
and it will be a world record if pakistan chase it.

i m sure if imran khan or wasim akram would be in team and captain then pakistan would have done it.

but inzi has got the team spirit going now and it seems he is doing a pretty good job
and let me tell u that younis, razzaq, and inzi will play from their heart, deep inside.
and if india manage to get them out then pakistan will loss, otherwise if only two of them stay long, then its curtains for india.
lets see what happens tomorrow.

ideal situation for cricket though.
friendly environment,
sunday,
100,000 people, maybe more.
last day, last inings
and what a good game of cricket.

No way man. Only 2 decisions are possible at this point. An India win or a draw. If you're dreaming that Pakistan can win, you must be living on some other planet. Even Imran Khan wouldn't have been able to get 422 runs on the last of the test match for you to win. What is the largest winning score in the last inning for a test match, ever? I'm talking about all test matches. Not just India or Pakistan related.

Getting closer now. Pakistan need 248 more runs, but have lost 4 wickets by lunchtime. Still feeling optimistic of victory? All of Inzi, Afridi, and Younis are history by now. At this rate, achieving a draw would be considered a moral victory for Pakistan (just like the first test).

Here comes Kumble to wrap it all up by tea-time. That's my prediction. :)

And Razzaq gone to Kumble too, after hitting 1 six. What a way to crash and burn!!!! :D

Here they come, Kumble and Harbhajan!!!!

And it's officially over. What a great victory for India!

Honestly, I hadn't expected a result, and at the end of the 3rd day thought it would be a draw. A great match all in all!

Inzi in fighting form so far. Pakistan 93 for 2 at lunch on day 1.

Let's see how much help do the Indian bowlers get for rest of the day.

Man, that's just incredible batting performance by both Inzi and Younis Khan. Indian bowling/fielding has been absolutely woeful so far. It's starting to swing in Pakistan's favor.

Wow, Younis Khan over 200, and he just keeps going and going. Pakistan have got everything they asked for so far in this match.

Dravid gone. Ouch! Man, Bangalore is his home city, and I was hoping him to shine in front of the home crowd. Oh well!

Anyway, Pakistan had 7 runs when their 2nd wicket fell. India has 172. This is progress. :D Now for a 324 run partnership for the 3rd wicket! :D

India is in serious trouble with the last session of the 5th day remaining at Bangalore. They need to save 5 more wickets with 32 more overs to go. A win for India is completely out of question. I've been very unimpressed with the negative tactical display by India, and specifically Ganguly's contribution (both as a captain and player). Even if India manages to salvage a draw today, some leadership changes are really required for India. Some new blood really needs to be tried to take them to the next level. India clearly are not playing in the same class as Australia.

The only fearless player for India who commands any respect and fear from opponents at this point is Veeru Sehwag. The rest have been displaying pansy qualities. I hang my head in shame with this pathetic, pathetic display. Out with Ganguly!!!!

Karthik gone. Even achieving a draw would be a big challenge for India now. 26 more overs to go. Pathan, Kumble, Balaji, Harbhajan are hardly batsmen to soak up this kind of pressure. It's now all upto what kind of pressure Inzi applies.
