Nice. Solid core components. Very upgrade friendly with socket 939, mid-range AMD proc, and SLI.

No optical drives? Presumably you'll be going with the motherboard's embedded sound card? Speakers?

Anyway, I'd spend an extra $80 or so and get the Western Digital 75gb 10,000 RPM SATA 'Raptor'. You sound like a gamer, I'm sure you could use the better access times.

That would bring your rig up to about a grand.

I game CS mostly
I capture vids, ill get a haugpaug pvr 150mce from another site.

I already have a case, HSF p-90 thermaltake, and the DVD -+rw from my old PC. I got the Creative 5.1 speakers as well from the old pc and will be using embedded sound.

Ill look into that Raptor.

Thanks.
