Ok this is the official thread so post here.

Just a reminder, do not go to the Arsenal boards just to slagg them. I will be talking to their mods to insure their lads don't come over here to cause a riot.

Now if ytou are watching the game and the score of another CL game comes up and you feel like posting it, be my guest. If you think we are spoiling the result, well tough luck because you decided to click on a thread with [R] by it.

AT3: we can still use the "Highlight to reveal" feature-right?

I don't think anybody here will be going to the Arsenal board to slag them off.

Anyways I am really looking forward to the match, Campbell out is very fortunate for Bayern.

Yea, Bayern fans aren't the brutes that the English often are. With all due respect, they can act pretty ignorant at times when it comes to football, especially on BigSoccer.

If you want, but don't feel that you have to. The way I see it, all CL games should be followed as to see who holds the edge in advancing and as a possible opponent in the next CL stage.

The divine [R] rule is from the BigSoccer Bible. Personally I find it a relief that ArsenalTexan3 isn't so anal about this.
Personally, you shouldn't be browsing a football forum if you're awaiting a score on your "vcr".

To answer your question, mods don't get any money... see my sig, I've infiltrated them, I see what they write . darknight suck my dick bitch.

Me get paid?

*crash bang boom*

Ow, my head. Falling out of chairs hurts.

No I don't get paid, but I do get the nice features that prem members pay for free. :D

The [R] is just to be nice so if someone was planning on watching the game, but wanted to know any pregame news, they know they run a risk of seeing the results. Plus with this day in age where americans like to sue for the littlest thing, there aren't too many restrictions.

Only good thing about being a member is not getting those pesky busy messages.

yeh, bayern fans can be arrogant at times, especially back in the days of Mathhaus and Effenberg but generally we're good :D . I think Arsenal will be feeling quite downbeat after their 1-1 draw at Highbury with Sheffield United,in stark contrast to Bayern who i think will be very upbeat after their 5-0 thrashing of a resurgent Dortmund side, although Dortmund admittedly played terrible. I don't like to predict matches though because i don't want to jinx them.

Seems Ballack is rated 'very doubtful' for the match or is it another one of those Magath sneaky tricks.

Without Ballack it seems the lineup will be:

Sagnol------Lucio--------Kovac--------Lizarazu

---------Hargreaves(Demichellis)---------------

Salihamidzic-------Frings------------Ze Roberto

-----------Pizarro--------Makaay--------------

Or is Scholl going to be in the lineup?

Nice! Man, talk about putting pressure on yourselves! Hey, they have goals set and don't aim to have Arsenal get in the way of them... FAIR ENOUGH!!

With that being said, let's start talking lineups... Ballack missing I think is a ploy, however, he has some competition after Saturday and Frings the week before. Scholl I think is a necessity, perhaps at halftime... again, it all depends on Ballack's situation. I say if Ballack is healthy then Frings and Ballack will play the middle, Scholl comes on later (personally, I would like Scholl and Frings in the center). Pizarro's presence as well as Scholl's has always translated into wins for Bayern this season... I think Claudio is a huge part to this attack. My ONLY concern is Left Back... I don't think Liza is the man. And as nice as it is to see Brazzo at Right Mid again, PLEASE Felix, put Brazzo at LB again. He was consistant there, moreso than Liza.

So, here we go:

.................Kahn
Sagnol....Lucio....Kovac....Brazzo
............Ballack/Frings
Hargreaves...............Ze Roberto
.............Frings/Scholl
.......Pizarro........Makaay

Second changes: Scholl, Guerrero in; possibly Deisler or Schweinsteiger

eissman - i have to spread some rep before giving it to you again, but i thought id declare publicly that i agree completely with your post ;)

regarding scholl, pizarro AND the LB spot...

i myself am unsure about who should start in midfield (still cant believe that midfield vs dortmund got us a 4-0 HT lead), but i agree pizarro has to start and brazzo has to be at LB

Yeah, they have been pretty damn on top of things. Too funny all the drama that occurs before a match, no? ha ;)

Anyways, SOOOOOOOO looking forward to this game. Of course, I am in the absolute middle of teaching class tomorrow at these times. I will be doing whatever I can to finish up earlier than normal...

by the way, does anyone know if CCTV-5 will have this one live like they do the Bundesliga games??
