FA Cup -- Fifth Round
A healthy, happy, hungry group of Addicks should be more than prepared to take on the Foxes.
I am looking for a 4-4-2 lineup this time round. Here's my guess:
Kiely
Young - El_K - Perry - HH
Rommedahl - Murphy - Holland - Thomas
Jeffers - Bartlett
Subs: Andersen, Fortune, Kishishev, Konchesky, Euell
Go Addicks!

I agree with the starters but would expect Alan to have a more offensive bench. I would expect Fortune to be left out again and JJ there to push things if we find ourselves losing. Konchesky and Kish can cover at the back should anyone go down. I'm hoping for a 2-0 victory.

You're right Kev. Most likely JJ instead of Fortune on the bench.
I expect another nail-biter. We will win. But I'm not sure we will keep the clean sheet. This is a Cup competition after all.
As usual -- just wish I could actually "see" it and not just listen.

Be beware.
This is our only chance of salvaging something for this season.
I foresee a replay at Filbert Way

I foresee that Curbs and Danny Murphy will have the Addicks prepared. We know City will want to win or draw this match.
It is no time to be complacent. I believe the Addicks will be hungry for victory.
It will be a close, well-fought match.
Good luck Foxes. But it will be our Fox in the Box making the difference.

is the online radio commentary working for anyone?

Apparently it isn't working. The email list and netaddicks users are all complaining. I'm listening through Leicester's webcast through my PTV World subscription.
BTW, it is now 1-1. Bartlett with the equalizer. I think we've done most of the attacking but we have been very lacking at the back which is why we gave up the first goal.

fsc reported 0-1 at the half of bolton/fulham... oops..
from the text description on bbc it looks like leicester is dominating play... those things are so misleading.
c'mon addicks, take control in the 2nd half!

Didn't want to reveal the score since there was no [R] in the header.
An equalizer just before half-time should swing momentum. I expect Charlton to win this now.

Second half underway and Curb's replaces Romm with Thomas. Thomas can't play on the right. He's as bad as Romm on the left. When will Sven (oops, I mean Alan) ever learn.

According to Leicester commentary team it appears that Thomas is on the left, Konchesky to the middle and Hughes on the right.

What an absolutely abissmal result. They played awful and Leicester didn't. The email list and the message boards are totally irrate.
Does this mark the beginning of annual second-half slide? It sure sounds like it.

please don't tell me that deano didn't come off of his line and the header was inside 5 or 6 yards?
i don't get the subbing of fortune out? why take off a defender in a tie game?
and that was after subbing romm out
