From internet1x2.com:

Chicago 2.10 3.10 3.0 @New England
Colorado 1.75 3.30 4.00 @Dallas
Kansas City 1.85 3.25 3.50 @Los Angeles

You are reading the odds correctly. All I have changed is the location of the game to the proper place. Thier website has the dates and times of the contests correct. However, the home and visiting teams are transposed. I'm uncertain if they will change the offering, respect wagers made as listed, or what they will do about assuming "good faith" in thier offering.

Obviously as it stands, I will take the incredible value of every home team on offer. NE, DAL, & LA to win@incredible odds.

More later if they change odds.

Fonbet:

Chicago - New England 2.10 2.90 3.05
Colorado - Dallas 1.70 3.30 3.90
Kansas City - Los Angeles 1.80 3.30 3.50

Fonbet also have an assortment of handicaps and total goal bets for the matches.

gamebookers:

Chicago v NE Revolution 2.05 3.30 2.80
Colorado v Dallas Burn 1.70 3.30 4.00
Kanzas City v Los Angeles 1.80 3.30 3.50

gamebookers also have some handicaps.

William Hill's prices are normal. The others are obviously a goof. The question is, will they catch it? Do enough people bet on MLS for them to even notice?? Not sure what to do here. Clean out my fonbet balance with singles on NE, Dallas and LA? If they catch an obvious goof, and this is just that, they don't have to pay out. At least that's how it usually works.

Also, the 2 sportsbooks that offer free accounts that I mentioned a long time ago, (getmoresports.com and betpregame.com) have the same screwed up odds.

Hmmm....

Just looked around at the discussion boards at punterslounge, phoenixsports and bettingadvice and nobody seems to be discussing this. Probably that's good as the fewer people who notice the better the chance the bookies won't notice.

So just don't go blabbing to other sites anyone!

UPDATE - Fonbet seem to be on to something as, though the funky prices are still listed you can't select any of them.

I just parlayed Dallas and LA at Intertops.com at 12 for 1.

Gamebookers have changed their odds. I doubt they'll pay up if I win. Worth a shot I suppose. I took 3 singles plus an all home team treble at 39.20!

Getmoresports still have the screwy odds up. I took singles there and a treble with all home teams at +0.5 goals for 5.54. They're a pretty clueless outfit. They don't seem to have anyone on staff familiar with soccer. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't catch on and end up paying out.

Intertops cancelled my bet after the fact.

Just as well, since the parlay didn't pan out.
