NY Times Crossword puzzles (http://www.nytimes.com/learning/teachers/xwords/archive.html)

A good source for Crossword puzzles from a variety of subjects. My kids enjoy them a lot and they are not too tough.

Hmm.... I know this site. I'm pretty sure it's run by Houghton Mifflin... so it could just be down for maintenance, or it could be turning into a pay site as so many are.... since we teachers are so rich!

Luckily, I downloaded every single one of those graphic organizers from that site last year. I had never seen the other one you provided though, so thanks!

I tried to rep you, but apparently I repped you for something else too recently!

A lot of varied lesson plans for all things English. I've found some pretty good ideas here.

It's back as of two seconds ago, oddly enough.

Internet modern history sourcebook, good for links to timelines and documents from basically the last days of the ancien regime forward.

http://www.fordham.edu/halsall/mod/modsbook.html

They have an ancient history sourcebook as well that's linked somewhere on that page.

I love that site. Dont really use it in the classroom. I really ought to start using it though.
