I don't have time at the moment to look them all up, but you got me curious about Baggio because I saw him playing with Catania earlier this year. Quickly found that he transferred to Serie C1 side Spezia in January:

Since I assume you've checked all the Serie B rosters and the list of Serie A and B transfers at www.lega-calcio.it, it's likely that most of them got sent to Serie C clubs. Here's a good Serie C site for you to pore through with links to recent transfers and rosters:

Thanks Sue. These are the only Serie B players that I can't easily find after the January transfer window. They definitely haven't gone to Serie A or B clubs and I don't think that they've just been deregistered. I'll check the links though so cheers for them.

The main issue I always have with Italian transfers is knowing which deals are loans or not. I suppose I'll find out in the summer!
