Haven't checked on your opponent, but I like that idea. Especially if his attack is rank.
I'm up against a Div V fella who typically plays his starters in every game. What's got me worried is that this match is away at his place and he's got the best keeper I've ever gone up against. If I can dominate possession and squeeze a goal or two in I'll be fine, but this one could go down to the wire.

Cruised through to round 3 with a 7-0 win over a new team. I'm away again in round 3 to a pretty tricky team who i should beat if i field a strong team. They have a nice big stadium so it should be a good payday whatever happens.

I'm playing a curious club called OKC Storm. They finished 3rd in a DV series last season, but since getting their club in 6/19/2003 they only have had 10 transfers. Furthermore their trainer is poor/disastrous and typically they only pull stars in the high 20's.
Fortunately I have this chump at home. $$$

I'm also going up against a defense trainer, this week he got outstanding vh ratings, but he also lost his two starting defenders. Gets a crappy midfield, I'm just putting my wingers on offensive and AOW, hoping they get a good cross and score a goal.

PCFC goes up against GoOrange from VI.177. He's logged in only 3 times in the past month and got 20.5 stars the other day, so my reserves should be able to take care of business without too much trouble (knock on wood).
I like his 17,000 seat stadium, although 15,000 of those seats are terraces.

I got a ______ trainer, because he doesn't train anything, he doesn't have any really young players in his starting lineup, with that lineup he pulls about 22 stars. He recently demoted from V and just lost his first league match. Shouldn't be much of a game, especially since I am having a few starters pull double duty so that they get experience.

Second bot in a row.
I like being a relativley high seed.
Last season I had to play five real live teams in a row. :D
Im playing 4-3-3 with which i only have inadequate formation experience, im PICing the match on the road...
hmmmm if ever i was going to lose a cup match to a bot tonight is the night.

Me as well, and I'll be playing my reserves/trainees.

Same here. I'm playing a level 4 team where every player is at least 2 stars higher than mine. PIC and playing the 'B' team. The fans may not like it, but I'm not risking any injuries for a game that will see my ass handed to me.

I've got a D.VI team who just got demoted from one of the stronger D.V series. His team appears to be pretty even with mine, so this one could really go either way. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Same here. I almost got a sellout in the rain. Poor fans. Little do they know that I'm treating it as a friendly and playing the 'B' team. Already 12 minutes in and down 1-0

thats my match id. ahh he decided to counter attack. i put both my wingers towards middle so maybe that will make me have like 90 something percent possesion and make it a less chance for him to CA

Ugh, 24 min in
A corner kick created great disorder in the penalty area, but at last Stormīs Daniel Talbot was able to shove the ball in. 0-1.
Down 1-0. Only 13681 showed up.

Villanovaīs Kenny Newman Spaul made a rush down the left, leaving him free to put the 1 - 1 equaliser away.
WaHoo!
Was this a quick event?

Yup, 40 minutes in and just as I feared - 0-0 in a boring game. THis could well go into OT.
