UPDATE:
The online ordering option is working smoothly now.
However, if you attempted to purchase your tickets via the web and you recieved the following error message:
Your transaction was approved! However, a communication error with the merchant's site occurred.
The transaction has been voided, please contact the merchant.
You do not need to resubmit an order. USSF will contact you (not sure when) but they know of the problem. They will be able to get all the information of those who've had sucessful transactions (they've fixed the problem now) and for those of us who recieved the error. They will contact all the people who recieved the error message and will verify their orders and adjust the purchases as such. You do not need to do anything in the meantime. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey, I called US Soccer this morning and talked to their ticket/event guy and he said that they received all the internet orders intact and won't send out the tickets till after the deadline in March, so everything's cool.

FWIW:
I don't know if it is relevant to this thread, but I got an email today, that I would be getting my Ticketmaster ticket delivered 3/7. I did pay for the UPS shipping, though.

so... supporters tix arent going to be avaliable for purchase anymore?
(edit: if theyre not avaliable anymore, thats pretty lame. the sams army section is what, just going to be closed off now and alienating fans who were late-comers or didnt-knows?)
