Fulham have been underachieving all year and I expect a win.
----------Dudek---------
Finnan-Carra-Hyppia-Traore
Nunez-Biscan-Gerrard-Riise
--------Baros-Moro-------
How is Kewell doing? Because if he's back then I would move Riise to LB and put Traore on the bench. Also, when are Smicer and Le Tallec going to be ready to go?

-------------Dudek
Finnan-Carragher-Hyypia-Traore
Garcia-Gerrard-Hamann-Riise
---------Baros-Morientes
Bench: Carson, Biscan, Pellegrino, Smicer, Nunez
Le Tallec was told by Rafa that he will train with the reserves until he has proven himself. I think think that is fair as Le Tallec made a stupid decision to go on loan in the first place.
Smicer is working his way back into the squad. He could come off the bench again as he builds match fitness. I'd like to see Garcia follow up his good second half at the Valley with another good performance.

Fulham are unbeaten in their last 6 league games so I expect them to put up a fight. I'm hoping we will be high on confidence after the win at Charlton and get a clean sheet. 2-0 Pool, Morientes and Gerrard supplying the goals.

Fulham have had a tough FA Cup game at Derby and a tough Premiership game against Villa in the last week, (both 1-1 results) and will have one less day to prepare for this match. Taking all that into account plus our confidence building win at Charlton, I'd be really disappointed if we didn't beat Fulham at home.
I'll predict 4-1 to Liverpool, with Baros scoring a couple.

Will this game be on FSW? I have stuff that I'll be doing most of the day, so I hope it will be the early game. But knowing that we have gotten only one point out of our early games this year, I might sacrifice missing the game for a win.

No TV in the US for this one. Palace vs. Bolton is the early game. ManYoo vs. Brum is the PPV game.
For future LFC TV questions I recommend: The Official LFC on TV in the US Thread (http://67.18.212.126/forum/showthread.php?p=4031843#post4031843)

The three points are yours for the taking, I'm praying for a miraculous draw. We're unbeaten in 2005 but that's through grit and luck.
We're weak in defense especially on the sides... if you get good attacks on the wings we'll be in trouble. Steed Malbranque is out with injury, and we have trouble passing the ball into the attacking 1/3rd and keeping it there once we set up an attack because Cole has been on a cold streak.
You'll probably see the 4-5-1 from Coleman with Radzinski playing out of position in the midfield. If you can get a 2 goal advantage before the half we are sunk, if not there will be a nice flurry around the 50 minute mark when we go to the 4-4-2 and Collins John with his speed comes on.
I think it will be 3-1 to the Reds. Best case scenario we squeak out a 2-2.

Grit and luck are a nice combination when you need it.
We're weak in defense especially on the sides... if you get good attacks on the wings we'll be in trouble. Now if we had a winger! Steed Malbranque is out with injury, and we have trouble passing the ball into the attacking 1/3rd and keeping it there once we set up an attack because Cole has been on a cold streak.

I think it will be 3-1 to the Reds. Best case scenario we squeak out a 2-2.We have to see if we keep our second half scoring on track and we won't do that if we make the keeper look good and have him gain confidence as the game goes.
I'm waiting for Garcia and company to start working with Nando to set him free. That's what I want Saturday.
We will win though.

Brilliant!!!
Bob - “No I’m not surprised. The EPL has growing a fan base in the USA. There is a large ex-patriot community in the US. And as I noted above, two of the better players on the USMNT play for your club. It is not surprising that a new supporter coming to the EPL might be attracted to a club like Fulham.”
Nicely done LB. Can I have your autograph?!
Just one issue that drives me crazy and I know you were just misquoted. Much as I love the USA, if any one calls me an ex-patriot they're going to get a bloody nose. I’m as patriotic as I ever was.
I and probably the others you spoke of, are expatriates.

Ah, it was a typo, give it a bit of a rest :)
Counting down to kickoff... I'm excited to listen to this game. If anybody remembers when 'pool came to the Cottage last year, we took a massive lead and you came back with 10 men... God willing we will have a brilliant match that is in doubt well into stoppage...
Good luck Reds, but here's another tip of the beer to hoping for a Cottagers victory :)
