Mr Blair was in Washington to receive a special award from the US president. And he pronounced himself delighted with both the medal and the collar it is attached to. "This is just, well, what can I say?" he emoted, proudly displaying the golden disc with its engraved citation: "Blair. If Found Phone DC 670-6438"
