Mourinho charged for cheat jibe (http://soccernet.espn.go.com/headlinenews?id=323212&cc=5901)

Would he still have been charged had Chelsea lost their CC match?

Who feaking knows what SAF is up to. But i gues it's only fair since Wenger got charged. JM has to get it as well. Otherwise, there will be specualtions on why he got it and he didn't, so FA didin't want to make it complicated. In all honesty, i think it is all bs. Let him at each other. It is just mind games, so why FA has to get in. It's not like they call each other's moms bad names. I guess FA doesn't want anyone to know they can be bought, so you didn't hear this from me(shhhhhhhhh).
FA will probably slap a 10K pounds and end of story.

I have just read that on Sky Sports. Classic.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho charged with improper conduct by The Football Association for comments made in a post-match interview.
The charge relates to what Mourinho said in the aftermath of Chelsea's goalless draw with Manchester United in the first leg of their Carling Cup semi-final.
Mourinho was incensed by performance of referee Neale Barry in the game and revealed he thought Sir Alex Ferguson influenced Barry's officiating during a half time chat between the pair.
Although the Portuguese tactician escaped censure for his initial outburst, Mourinho refused to backtrack on his comments in an interview with Chelsea's own television station when he claimed they had been cheated out of the game.

Neither of them should be charged really.

The English FA is definitely picking on the wrong guy  Mourinho reminds me of a mobster with the long coat, he definitely has the mentality to be one :D Putting everything a side MOURINHO is a GENIUS :D
