We really got the short end, as from the two articles I've read, the agent worked for a company that was FIFA licensced, and we thought he was as well. The fine is one thing, but its the suspended ban on transfers, that if activated, would pretty much kill us as it would be 2 years of no transfers, meaning everything would have to be a Bosman.

I'm so sick of the FA. They might as well make it official and change their name to F*** Arsenal. :mad:
After all the dodgy dealings by other clubs with agents that go unpunished, we get nailed with this fine and ban/probation over what is at worst a minor technical violation. We should appeal and list every single one of the questionable incidents involving agents that has come out over the last few years and never been dealt with by the FA.
