Barbados was to have played Azerbaijan, but the game fell through because of departure times from Trinidad & Tobago.
St Kitts is bringing Uganda to the Caribbean in late Feb and Barbados is hoping to get a game with them (Uganda).

Puerto Rico is looking to have a "friendly" tournament. Hopefully it will work out because that is what PR really needs. To play MORE. Everyone realizes that finances are limited but without playing more regularly, the national team will not progress.
This is a quote from the FPF website about the Caribbean Football Congress Federation President, Sr. Joe Serralta's desire to use the meetings as an opportunity to lay the groundwork for organizing a tournament.
