The derby is set to start in a couple of hours. These teams met on the first day of the season in a 1-1 draw at El Sadar. Should be a great game. It is on Gol TV here in the States (which my cable company won't add >:( )
Go Osasuna!

Yeste must have been brilliant. Wish he didn't see red at the end of the game.
Also nice to see Julen score at the end, right Bilbao Lion?
Hey Quango, we are the Basque Flagship so don't have hard feelings, ok?

What a great ********ing game this was!!! I feel bad for Osasuna, but seeing Bilbao pull it off was magic. I especially appreciated Guerrero scoring the winner. The more time goes on, the more I love this team!

The only hard feelings I have are toward the flimsy Osasuna defense and toward Comcast Denver which refuses to add Gol TV. I really wanted to see this game, and I wouldn't have been too disappointed at the end either, if I had seen it.
I knew coming in Bilbao was on a goal streak. 4 goals in 30 minutes isn't surprising from a team that knocked in 6 on Wednesday and 7 before the break. Bilbao jumped a point above Osasuna, and with the current scores today, it looks like we'll drop to 10th.
Maybe we'll trounce Sevilla in the cup on Wednesday, and I'll feel better :D

That was the official end to Osasuna's Euro pretensions. They were perched to make a run at the UEFA spots, but now they will just crumple and finish down in like 12th or something. That was just about the worst loss I have ever seen. I just felt sick to my stomach seeing those Athletic bastards come back and win. Worst of all, I had to watch the game in Euskara instead of Spanish on ETB so that my Basque roommate could feel at home.

It puts all that much more importance on the Cup for Osasuna. Can always hope for a good run of form, some victories away from home, or just maybe, a defensive stand, but I agree that things aren't looking good. Quango
