Its obvious where we need to strengthen.
Left and Right-Wing and Attack. Thankfully,
these issues are being addressed with the
pursuit of Routledge & Loan of Mido. I think
we're getting quality like Mido on the short-
term until Carlton Cole is available at the end
of the season.
Tony Galvin, Ex-Spurs winger extraordinaire,
has bigged-up Routledge and criticised Reid.
He says Reid is too immobile.

Trust me, Reid is better than Routledge. If you get him, it will be your best signing since Defoe., mark my words. Although I'd love to see you get both (one plays right and is a runner, the other plays left and although still very mobile, plays a smarter, more precise-passing game).

I'm not overly convinced by Reid. He is literally chubby and lacks pace and acceleration, there is a question mark as to whether he can make the leap to the Premiership because of this. Although he has ability on the ball, athleticism is very important in the Premiership these days.

For that left side Ziegler is a better bet, although we need someone to take the pressure off him, I would hope the club spend the extra money to buy in someone from the top level for that position. Im sure Frank can find another diamond on the continent.

I think Davies and Routledge would be a good combination to choose from on the right wing, although Simon needs to prove he's got his sharpness back and that he can stay fit. Otherwise sell him off and use the cash to get Wilhelmsson.

We need a proper winger & Routledge is that with so much pace. I would also like to see another left midfielder to take the pressure off Ziegler. Im really pleased with that squad, the centre midfield area is brilliant, 2 battlers (Davis & Brown) & 2 players who can play (Carrick & Mendes) although Mendes can also put his foot in when he has too.
