Milan and man u will be a great and excitting game to watch, sheva, kaka, nesta, maldini, dida, ruud, giggs, scholes, rooney All these players will make this game more interesting.
I think man u might win in the first leg match because playing t home is an advantage especially in england with all the chamts the fans shouting it will make it hard for milan.
The second leg game milan will take it ( i hope) i've been having doubt because man u is a great team and theyr'e defence is amazing like ferdinand, silvestre , neville theyr'e unstopable.
Milan also has great players and will do theyr'e best to win and make theyr'e fans proud.
Milan will win

United's defense is playing unbelievably well right now, I believe Heinze has been the best rookie to the premiership this season. If Ruud is healthy united will solve their only problem right now of finding the back of the net. United will win in old trafford and draw in milan
United to win

Milan's defence is always breaking apart when they play with week teams, when milan played against juve, inter there defebce was unbelievable they can play well when they want to.
Stam, maldini, nesta, cafu are great defenders' even though united heve better ones milan will tie in the first leg game and will win at home.

cafu and maldini are far too old too keep pace with ronaldo and giggs on the wings and if Keane is fit milan will have no service to their strikers because he will isolate kaka just as he isolates every prem clubs star CM. Plus its proven crespo struggles against prem teams so they have one goal scoring threat who wont be used to playing the pace of a prem game.

First of allInzaghi is returning for that match so crespo won't be on, milan's coach will either put inzaghi or tomasson.
They both have scoring capacitie's just because your an man u fan you only care about them, those are soccer noobs.
We will just have to see who is right me or you.

I'm glad you completely pegged how we play and how you're going to win. For one thing Maldini and Cafu have been playing very well. You would not think Maldini is as old as he is, I've seen him keep up. Even if you isolate Kaka, there is Pirlo who is a great playmaker. Kaka is more like a withdrawn striker at times than a midfielder.
I think both teams have a good chance.

Maldini doesn't play on the wings, since he's a CB. But other than that, sure.
and if Keane is fit milan will have no service to their strikers because he will isolate kaka
Kaka is not the lynchpin of Milan's attack.
just as he isolates every prem clubs star CM.
Thus explaining Utd's ability to isolate, say, Lampard? No? Guess not.
Plus its proven crespo struggles against prem teams
Arf. Look at his goal scoring record in the EPL. You might be surprised.
so they have one goal scoring threat who wont be used to playing the pace of a prem game.
This will be a CL game, not a Prem game.

Just to note, Maldini may be playing at left back again if Stam plays. He mentioned this himself and it actually happened in this past weekend's match.
Me, I don't know how he'll last a season like this..

Until that happens, however, it remains to be seen. Stam isn't back yet, and Maldini WILL wear out if forced to run about the pitch as he used to do 10 years ago. He's in great shape, but he's pushing 40.

I still cant get that embarrassing 4-0 quarter-final 2nd leg defeat to Deportivo, out of my head when i think of AC Milan. That defeat shows a serious problem with leadership and professionalism, if at 2-0 down and just scraping it on agg, ur players still cant snap out of cruise control, and start fighting for a place in the semis...
I dont think the milan side has changed much from that team (correct me if im wrong!). This result last season gives me the most hope that man u can beat Milan.
I say united win 2-1 1st leg , 0-0 2nd leg , and go through

The only slim chance Man. United could eliminate Milan is to beat them with high score at Old Trafford. Don’t expect 0-0 in Italy, that’s impossible.

Slim chance?
United this season have beaten Arsenal, beaten Liverpool home and away, went to Stamford park with a team half full of reserves and got a draw against Chelsea's first team. There has been some dreadful inconsistancy against lower table teams which wrecked the PL campaign but in big games United could potentially beat anyone. They also have a great record against Italian teams.
Player for player it is very close, with Milan perhaps shading it. Van Nistelrooy being out though could be a massive blow, if he's fit it is close.

Liverpool might bow out to Leverkusen but Milan would still beat Manure hands down.
