Straight from Curbs: <<When people come to Charlton they need to have two characteristics. They need to be angry and hungry.>>

So, I guess Dean Ashton wasn't angry or hungry -- enough? And I guess that's why we keep Konchesky. He's angry that's he's not on the pitch and hungry to get out there. He should get a start by the way -- along with Jeffers in a 4-4-2.

It took Murphy a while to build up his anger and hunger, eh?

What else does it take to be an Addick? Please discuss.

Well, I think he can't be a whiner, hasn't caused any trouble whether criminal or otherwise and have a very cheap price tag.

I know that sounds bad but it is true.

The blue collar, "character" type of player. One who is willing to work hard and play both sides of the ball.

So, what players not on our wage list fit this description?

What active players would be better as Addicks because of their character and willingness to put the team first?
