You can arrive in Philadelphia is the easiest. Let me know. It's easiest (and BEST) if you June 28 and July 5 or anytime after Aug 15. Let me know. Anytime other than those and I'll be in school during the day. But you could always go downtown to the historic section and learn about how us Yanks whopped your Redcoat asses.
