Ok, its off season for me. I play indoor soccer 1-2 times a week...but thats not enough for me. I live in US so i cant find many friends with who i can play soccer becaue a lot of them do other sports at school at the moment.

I would like to train by my self. Can you give me some fun stuff to do? I need like drills that could improve my skill a bit. Dont tell me to juggle because I do that all the time. What are the best things to do? Dribbling through cones? or what? Thanks

Set up a small goal against a fence from like two garbage cans just slightly wider then the ball and practice push-passing into it. Then pass into it on the run. Work your way up to a good distance. Then try to get crazy and try doing it from a voley.

I would work on throwing the ball up and bring it down into a dribble....also try to dribble and do step overs...I'm a big forward (6'3) but if you dribble at the defence it forces them to commit and you either beat them or you open a teammate for an assist...Assists are harder to make than goals...

Krystian, I remember a year or so ago you started threads about juggling and how you were having trouble. You now say you juggle all the time. I am also wondering what to practice. How much has it helped your all-around game?

Doing the stepovers doesn't mean you are good at dribbling. Be creative, learn to dribble your own ways.
