Morientes is good in the air. He had the one header today on goal, just hit it into the ground with not enough pace and went straight into Carroll's hands. Just give him time, he will adjust to the game. Hyypia is the last person I remember to score with his head. Carra is also good in the air, but he's not in the box to put them on goal.

Man, I can tell you completely back your club and the decisions it makes, you are a good fan for the club. I'm sure they wish that everyone who supports the mighty reds would criticize so much after half of our "reconstruction" year was gone. Honestly though, don't be so positive ALL the time.

over the few seasons i have followed during GH's reign we could not win any header balls even in practice.but now we have improved only if garcia cut his hair so he can aim and the restof the team do headers like never before

Well our two main threats to header the ball are Hyypia and Morientes. Hyypia can't seem to get his head on any corner and Morientes has only had one game under his belt. Garcia makes an effort but can't be considered a real threat. Everyone else doesn't have the air in their legs to get up.

Is it too much of a waste to not have Gerrard on the kick and have him receiveing for headers? He has the build and the will to be dangerous in the box. I can't say I've ever seen him hit a header, but I'd like see maybe Risse take a few kicks and put Gerrard in the box.

Well, it does come from a "fan" who thinks you should make a move for David James.

Well, hasn't he produced enough howlers for England NT to lose his place to Robinson? Man check your fact, he's the goalkeeper we once had that made out excuses like 'having too much video games' when criticised for his shocking elementary mistakes in crucial games...
