here is a top of the line club, and no thread for them?

donde esta alianza lima stuff? the thread, the official thread in BS

For decades now Cristal has been the best-managed team with the most professional "dirigentes" in Peru. Year in and year out they have the most money and thus usually field the most talented teams.

But for some reason their following is nowhere close to that of the big two: Universitario and Alianza. I'm guessing it's probably cause they're a fairly young team, established in the mid-50s, and really don't have a set identity.

Universitario are tough, gritty and always win. Alianza are flashy and talented. Cristal..... well??

cristal has the 3rd largest hinchada, they are the youngest of the 3 so obviously alianza and la U will have more hinchas

forward Luis Bonnet has been reported to be a target of the United States club LA Galaxy of Major League Soccer as coach (former USA and Costa Rica coach) Steve Sampson has been touring the Americas in search for talent.....fans of MLS are not too fond of taking older players (Bonnet will turn 34 this year) but Bonnet has been a consistent performer
