Alright, who's with me on this one??
One of the best shows on TV right now, if not THE best.

I was really psyched for the new season, but was very disappointed with the first episode, this week's was a lot better. Anyone else find it a jarring change of pace coming right after The Sopranos? I liked it better when it was on at 10:30 and I could get up and get something to eat while S&TC was on, they should switch times with that crappy show that comes on after.

He's been in many episodes.
Larry David is a genius.

I am a last holdout against getting cable/dish, etc. I know, stupid.
When I travel, apart from the hoers, my one true joy is to catch some HBO.
I agree, the pinata episode was great. If that was weak, the show is tops...

Last night's was truly epic. Fawlty Towers-esque in its focus.
A normal, so-so half hour of comedy that built up to one of the most hilarious payoff scenes I've seen in a while. Not even a scene, it was just a moment -- and it was genius.

I'll second that. It was so tense.
"yea, because you're so complex?!?!"

Last night's was pretty good. Curb Your Enthusiam is one of the few shows where after the credits run you are still laughing outloud at how it ended.

I appreciate that Larry David is an extremely funny man and the show has had its moments for me, but I've never been able to to get into it. I like the humor, just not the execution, I think.
For me, George Costanza's neuroticism was more annoying than funny, so I guess it's natural that I wouldn't enjoy CYE.

Yea, if you didn't think Costanza was a great character, you should probably stay away from the show alltogether. Understood.

I stumbled upon it last nite and got hooked right away.

They did it again. Tonight the scene with the sponge cake at the end had me laughing gasping for my breath right through the closing credits. That was one of the best laughs I've had in years.
Also, will you ever think of the Looney Tunes theme in the same way again.

This is the best sitcom on TV right now, in a way a much darker and ruder version of Seinfeld. Tonight's episode was so well crafted, with the crazy nanny, the Porn Baby and the Sponge Cake all coming together at the end. Such a shame that a crap show like Mind of the Married Man follows it.

I remember the great scene where he's watching an old Seinfeld episode with Shaq.
And the other where the girl attacks him after playing the piano.
Or where he starts eating without waiting.

Tonight's episode is titled "the terrorist attack". Strange title.
