I don't like to just juggle aimlessly. I like a little variation. Here are some of the things I love.

variation 1: soft and hard touches
on soft touches just have the ball barely bounce off your foot and on hard touches kick it well overhead

i like to start with my weaker foot.

1-soft-soft-hard-soft-soft-catch & hold the ball on top of your shoe

2-soft-hard-soft-hard-soft-hard

3-soft-soft-hard-hard-settle&hold

4-use alternate feet : left-right-left-right,etc..

5-around the world; left foot-left thigh-header-right thigh-right foot, & then reverse the order

6- at the end of your juggling game add a hard voley kick into a particular spot on a fence or a side of a goal.

7-this one is really hard and it doesn't involve kicking; throw up the ball in the air and catch it on top of your foot, then gently loft it and catch it with your other foot...repeat.

Now, post your favorite games.

u guys have probably heard of this before, but what the heck. its called 3 kill. get 4 or more people in a circle. rotate in a clockwise direction. someone starts by tossing the ball to the person next to them so they can start juggling. they have to get 3 or more juggles, and then they catch the ball and try to throw it at someone and hit them (like dodgeball) and if they get hit, the person is out. if the person juggles more than 3, then the next juggler after them has to 1 up them. so on and so forth. the minimum # of juggles increases. if the juggler gets less than the minimum #, they are out as well.

I normally just keep the ball up and try and throw in different tricks and use different parts of my foot.

But if you want a drill that might sound easier than it is try counting upto 10 with each foot. So it would be :

Right foot 1
Left foot 1
Right foot 2
Left foot 2
Right foot 3
Left foot 3

and so on until you get all the way upto 10. And you can't let the ball drop. Its a good game especially when you do the touches on your 'weaker' foot.
