News on the Chelsea Youth System

This is an interesting article on the current Chelsea youth setup. Especially interesting that Chelsea have had 22 players come through the academy to play in the EPL. I'd be curious how other teams have done.

Part of the problem we're having now, (a bit like the arse), is that to get in our team they have to be a bit special. Still, looks positive, doesn't it.
