I am about to purchase a couple of classic World Cup matches including ca. 3 matches of the 1978 Argie side.

My question is which three games out of the seven they played would you recommend? The final against Holland is of course the main candidate, but I`m not sure which other two matches I should order.

Candidates are:
Arg 2-1 Hungary,
Arg 2-1 France,
Arg 0-1 Italy,
Arg 2-0 Poland,
Arg 0-0 Brazil,
Arg 6-0 Peru.

Thanks in advance!

P.S.: in case you`re interested in checking out other classic matches, this side has an awesome amount of them: www.raresoccervideos.com

Argentina vs Poland

Argentina vs France

So, the match vs. Poland is of higher quality than the one vs. France? Thanks for these suggestions. I will then probably order the final, the Peru match and the Poland match.

Well both are good games if you ask me.

vs France theres 3 goals in that game not to mention the Luques goal is spectacular. And the game was played in el Monumental

vs Poland the game takes place in Rosario, full house on hand with 2 goals from Argentinas goal leader in that WC,Mario Kempes.Where also Mario Kempes plays keeper in one play diving in his own goal and sending a shot from a Poland player over the goal.Filliol will later block the penalty.

Its a tough choice, you should get them both.

If I would do that, I`d have to skip either the Holland or the Peru game (as I intend to only buy three '78 Argie games), but that is out of the question. They`re must-haves. I guess I will choose the Poland match, simply because it is from the more important second group stage phase.
