Arsenal, Spurs, Fulham, Crystal Palace, Charlton, West Ham Utd, Queen's Park Rangers, Brentford, Leyton Orient, Millwall. I believe that would make ten.

Is Wimbledon considered a London club?

Do people root for multiple teams or just stick to one. Like is it common for someone to be a fan of Aresenal and Brentford since they are in different divisions or do Brentford fans hate everyone else?
I know that there isn't an exact answer since everyone is different but overall is it common for someone to be fans of multiple teams if they are in the different divisions since in theory they could be in the same division at some point?

Not since they moved to Milton Keynes and changed their name. You should add Barnet of the Conference to the list though as they are full time professional.

Wycombe isn't part of London at all. Watford isn't part of London, but is part of the urban sprawl of Greater London.

fans don't support two or more London teams. They have one team and that's it. Same goes with multiple teams in any city.
Elsewhere you do often get kids who support a 'big' club they see on TV as well as their local (smaller) team. Most 'grow out' of supporting the big club to a large extent.

Barnet & Dagenham are in the conference.
Hayes, Sutton, Welling, Redbridge and Carshalton are a division further down.
One below that you find Yeading, Leyton, Hampton & Richmond, wealdstone, Northwood, Harrow, Hendon, Kingstonian and Histon.
AFC Wimbledon get around 3000 fans a week, despite being a further division down.

Add to that Grays Athletic of the Conference South who, believe it or not, are full time professional as well. And who are running away with the Conference South title.

Funny you mention 'urban sprawl' and London in the same sentence. I recently took a college course in which we watched a video of a guy basically complaining about how bad urban sprawl is in America and then giving London as the prime example of how to do things right...he presented it as if London, the city, abruptly stops where the lovely countryside begins.

That's a result of policies begun after the majority of the urban sprawl that joined London up with places like Watford, Woking and Staines took place - the Green Belt policy. It has been reasonably successful in keeping London from sprawling still further, but it has been argued that it has had a knock on effect on demand for development in places just beyond the Green Belt - such as Reading.
