I hope in March for a visit, then July 1 for good. Well, I'll be in Amsterdam... but that's just an English Channel away. :D

We'll have to see how it all works out, but that would be A-W-E-S-O-M-E!

How will you be gettin from Holland to England? Ferry from the Hook to Harwich then train it up to 'Pool or just fly direct?

How the hell should I know??? :D

Prolly fly, if it's cheap enough. Haven't worked out all the details yet. Getting tickets for the Everton-Red Shite game should be a real bitch! Unless I can talk Soccer365 into giving me a press pass...

Yeah it's a premium fixture and you need so many ticket stubs to get tickets fot the big games as i remember.

Guess it's too bad you don't know someone who has a good friend who works at Liverpool FC. *cough*

Let me know if/when you're going and if you need tickets for your first derby match! It's the best match you'll ever go to...though it is better at Goodison!! (This offer is for Sara only, please don't IM me for tickets!)

Cheers,
Diana

Why didn't you just IM Sara that instead of getting everyone jealous

Not that it bothers me cos I work there any way and will get in for free ;)

Cuz I'm not a big fan of bigsoccer IM. Also, I only come on here once a day and don't always log in. So, it's easier for me to just post here and find the answers here!

But, as you say, you work at Goodison, so what are you worried about!! :)

haha... I gotta get a job in Amsterdam first! Teaching English. Should be lots of fun, but Dutch is hard.

I didn't make it to the Globe for the FA Cup game. I was pretty sick last week. Didn't want to infect all you peeps.

that sucks, hope you are feeling better!!! I drove up from the burbs, still living with the rents (until May, then I move into the city!!), to watch the Oldham/Citeh game and the Plymouth/Everton game

teaching English in a european country would rock.

What part of the city are you moving to? I've got a huge three bedroom place in Jefferson Park. I love it there.

Do you have to get hired while you're in the States before you get a work permit?
