You shouldn't take notice to stuff like this, it only proves the most popular commercial artists.

Probably the only things on that list that I could listen to without puking are Maroon 5 and Norah Jones.

But the most telling thing about that list to me is that number ten has just barely sold 2.5 million, and number 1 isn't even at 8 million. Those numbers are awful compared to the figures from 15 years ago or so. On the other hand, these are SoundScan numbers, so I guess we know they are legit.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say you didn't catch her live performance at halftime of the Orange Bowl..

She got booed out of the stadium.. No lip synching on this one folks, it was live and it was horrific.. She can not hold a note to save her life..

I stayed up all night agonizing over the fact I hadn't heard anything from practically each record listed.

The Norah Jones record is in my house. My wife likes her a lot. She isn't all bad, just not outstanding like my music. :D My main complaint about her new CD is it sounds almost just like the old one.

I don't get the whole love affair the UK has with Robbie Williams.

He sucks. I once read an article describing him as R&B . Since you're over there can you explain that one?

He tried coming over here with his "im so fab" arrogance. He barely made a ripple.

...... Keen on the otherhand... I like 'em.

How dare you. Robbie Williams is the greatest pop star in the game today. I think part of the reason he hasn't been huge here in the USA is because we aren't familiar with his history with the boy band Take That, and all the controversy about that. But nobody can make a pop song like Robbie.
