In response to other people questioning leather softness, on my predator manias, the leather still stayed suppel. I went to Auto Zone and bought some leather/vinyl black leather paint (kinda glossy looking), and it worked amazing. I only put 2 coats on but i made sure it was pretty thick. The bottom does tend to chip, but its really not that big of a deal....since its the bottom of your shoe...If anyone wants pics, respond and I'll send you some by email...Btw, get some chelsea leather food for them...They'll still be soft but the conditioner could never hurt

well i found out that it was easier to black my shoes out with black shoe for guess what - shoes(chances are it's the same thing though.) i was able to black out my ksl's and vapors- now i need to buy 2 other colors, because i don't want them completely black. the only problem i've had is that if there' snot enough layers, the paint fades, or if it's cold and you paint, it may leave streaks or not set so well.

so theoretically, since you're using car interior paint, you don't have to stick to just black... you could use practically any color you'd like?
maybe i'll make my azt 90 II's a nice shade of green, or some other erratic color.

any type of clothing dye or even a permanent marker, but that would probably end up going purple. I'm thinking about doing the same with my Mystics under the tongue

Clothing dye would work well. As soon as permanent marker gets wet, the pigment separates, and goes funny colours. :)
