I got mine at Champs 3 bands for 5 bucks, you can buy them on ebay but they are priced a tad high.

From what i've read/heard you just wear a white nike band and a black nike band which are available on ebay for quite cheap.Dunno if i am correct about this tho so if im wrong please correct me.

what if they went the shirt way and made shirts that said "baseball sucks" or "soccer is better" with a graphic or 2 on it, would you be happier to buy those?

wow these are getting way out of hand. i got a livestrong after i saw the article in the finish line and no one really had them. when people asked me about hem i told them and it made me feel like i was helping out. after all these people just caring about the fashion stared wearing them i just stopped wearing it. and with all these new ones its redicullous (sp). i went into a gas station and they had support our troop for $3 and the sign said 25% would go towards funding the troops. now people are just trying to make money. the only thing i wear now are nike baller bands considering they were the first ones to come out and they come in a variety of colors so i can match them to my team colors.
i bought a livestrong band when they first came out - by coincidence. i bought shoes at foot locker, and the clerk asked if i wanted a livestrong band ; he said that they cost a dollar, and the money goes toward cancer researchso i said sure and bought three(one for me, one for my brother, and one for a friend.) so at first i got a lot of questions about it - at first, people asked why i had an oversized yellow rubber band on(well it's not rubber, and they didn't what they were yet.) then i got asked where i bought it. then i went again to footlooker, and they were sold out. high school soccer season started, and a lot of people had them. then school started, and they were sold out everywhere - except by then , it was because everybody else had one. its a shame when the cause is lost, but if the money is actually going towards charity, is it so wrong?

I'd buy an Anti-Wristband wristband.

I think thats what we all have to remember. It doesnt matter how many people like wear the bands or the reason that they wear them. Obviously it would be nice if people did wear them because they were for charity rather than just a fashion statement.
But at the end of the day everytime you see someone wearing yellow (or pink or red etc) then just think about all the money thats been raised for good causes.

I was scanning ebay yesterday, and found some livestrong style wristbands that said "I hate baseball" and "soccer is better." I was dissapointed to see them gone today, they were going for a ton. I'd buy one in a second.

I wear livestrong because i support Lance and I also think that something needs to be done about cancer, so the more money raised the better. How ever there are too many people weareing them now who don't know what they are, like the fashion conscious girls in my school they don't know what they are. I will also get one of the anti bullying bands, if it ever comes because my friend was bullied. I may get one of the poverty ones, because thats a really good cause, and one of the racism bands, because thats a pandemic in football, and, also because, now there seems to be a very racist culture in Belfast, which is where I live, and lots of people in my school have started picking on the more darkly skinned people, especially me , and I am only quite tanned. We are going back to the time before the Second World War if we continue, so I will definitely get a racism one as long as they are on sale on the internet, because bloody Belfast doesn't have a Nike Store. Wear a band if you support the cause, don't do it for fashion.

I am getting the black and white anti-racism bands because I have alot of black freinds and I don't see why people have to be racist anyway. I am gunna get the yellow and the blue 1's aswl as my nanna had cancer and my great auntie now has it and I don't stand for bullieing. I have seen people wearing them for fashion in my school I seen 1 guy who thinks he is good at football and goes round picking on yonger kids asking some girl to get him the blue 1 for beat the bullieing whats the point getting it.

Radio 1 have actually run out of beat bullying bands. So unless you already have one on order you might not get one now. I think the demand was greater than they anticipated!

kind of an off topic point, but that is the thing that bugs me in general these days about fashion as a whole --> people wear it cos other people wear it, not coz they like it or respect it, like military jackets with che guevara on the back --> these people don't know who he is!!!!!
worthless point, but i need to keep my posting quota up lol

I think they'll probably come out in eurosport. They have these odd little wristbands that slightly resemble the anti-racism wristbands in the back of the catologue.
