That Jamar Beasley article was amazing.
I like how they point out that he had porn DVD on his front seat.

DaMarcus whizzed around defenders, sneaky, tricky, humble. And eventually, he managed to whizz in front of people from around the entire globe at the World Cup.

I got that Jamar article from the Fire newsgroup too.

I think maybe it deserves a thread all it's own on the Fire boards here.

I agree. I don't even know why I started reading it to begin with, but I'm glad to see JB has straightened himself out without getting all straight-edge and "saved"....

"In preschool at Fort Wayne Christian, Jamar rocked impatiently, awaiting recess. He needed a soccer fix.
Now, Fort Wayne isn't exactly a soccer town. The Beasley brothers' best competition came about a block from their home, where they tooled around a park with some local Hispanic kids.
What looked novel at first — a pair of black children, thin as Triscuits, approaching the field — quickly turned serious. Henry had taught his sons well."

Does this mean we can claim the Beasley brothers as Hispanic in the "draft"? :)
