40" - Hadji wins a FK. Taken by Rocchi, Yahia meets it at the far post, but he can't get any contact as it goes too far away from him. Marking, Paris, marking.....

Bastia getting more into this now..........

44" - Rocchi makes a daft challebge on Cisse. Luckily for him, the ref's in a good mood and decides against a 2nd yellow.

HT

ugh. Both teams are s***t. This desrves to be a 0-0 or at best a 1-0 loss for PSG.

75" - arrrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhhhh

PSG from an almost seemingly unlosing position, almost balls it up. Cana passes it back to letizi, but Ben Saada nips in from a reall awful backpass. Luckily Letizi races out and gets it clear. The ball falls to Vairelles, open goal, he shoots - but only the boot of the full back Pichot can get it off the line. Excellent defending. But awful - Cana , ********ing awful.

You almost cost us there, you knob!

76" - Letizi also bails us out though, it was a good stop, great goalkeeping.

Awful match, but good result. The three points were vital, I don't care how they come, so long as they do.

Its a shame that we couldn't have made it 2-0 earler on, otherwise, I'm sure Ljubo would have played some part in this.

For the final few moments of the match we held on, like the Alamo, but heck - I don't care. We have to improve simple as that. Bastia are poor and we made them look good at times. Cana, if that had gone in, I would have personally assasinated you.

The stats don't lie, that was awful and we should have lost. But we have been screwed far too many times for my liking. So its about time we screwed some other team out of a result.

Well done Paris, not the best - but we just have to win at this moment in time, the performances are not paramount.

Hey, a win is a win. I'm happy....not that PSG are setting the world on fire, but 1 match at a time is the way to go. Slowly climb the Ligue 1 table.

PSG vs. Nantes [R]

Clearly, this should be a match that PSG win. But as everyone has seen this season in Ligue 1...PSG always find a way to screw the pooch.

Message from Francis Graille to the PSG fans......

Francis Graille

Best translation, I could do......

Dear supporters and fans of the club.

As you know, following the severe incidents that took place on the 18th of December, during the PSG v Metz match at the PdP, a sanction has been formed of having to play behind closed doors. Always concerned about information and transparency, I have decided to publisize, in extensive detail, the reasons pointed out by the general mediator of the National Comittee of French Sports confirming the desicion of the High Court of Appeal for the French Football Federation.

Everyone will be able to make an opinion.

Its at this point, that we need you and would love you to carry the sport in general, football in particular, in fact our very own PSG.

Do not hesitate, to make known by e-mail, or by letter, not only your feelings, but equally your analyisis of the situation, even judicial matters, so that our club can continue to push forward peacefully. And so that out players, staff and personnel at the club can carry on the principle and responibility of PSG without being oppressed by heavy sanctions and with far less incidents.

Thank you in advance, for you help and suggestions.

Thoughts everyone? I say you take the time out to do so. Write it in English if you want. My friends and I have already conducted a strongly worded affair (its a shame my past rantings couldn't have made it :D), to declare the disgust at the negative elements at the club and confirming many points I have raised here. Establishing a need for better relations for supporters groups and police forces and stewards. And general cohension between the board, players, staff and fans generally.

If you would like to pool your thoughts as the fans of PSG on the BS boards, I will happily write an e-mail from all of you and your feelings and thoughts on the situation, explaining who we are and what our message to the board is.

48,500 silent voices, drift meaninglessly into the dull and lifeless atmosphere of the Parc. This stadium was meant for fans. Without fans, football is nothing. Then Football is a meaningless entity with 22 voiceless souls each with their own thoughts echoing in their lifeless heads.

Thankfully PSG will be playing in front of fans on Wednesday, when they tackle Auxerre at the Abbi Deschamps in the cup QF's.

This is a crucial game, as it could determine if we can get some silverware and a European place to boot. If one match could define a season, this is it. But Auxerre at home are tough propsect. The best we can hope for, is a bit of luck like against Bordeaux.

My heart says 2-1 Paris, my head says a 3-0 loss........

Its on the telly, so thankfully I'll be able to watch. :)

Thanks, Ganu for the translation and the letter.

PSG need to become a leader not only for France and Ligue 1, but stand up and shine a light of tolerance and acceptance. Racism has reared it's ugly head far too often in the world of football. Football is what brings people together, no matter what race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. So please for the sake of PSG and the future of European football, make it your mission to severly punish the racist thugs that just attend football matches to cause trouble and not to partake in all the great moments and players that make up The Beautiful Game!

You nailed it right on the head....this match encapsules the entire PSG season.....right here, right now! Either they:

A:stand up, fight, and win

OR

B: they roll over, play gutless uninspiring football, and concede the season.

I hope it's A, but I'm betting on B.
