It has the domestic league champions for every country except for Sint-Maarten which says "not reported."

Don't know how accurate it is. Has Toronto Croatia of the "Canadian Professional Soccer League" as Canadian Champions! The CPSL, despite it's name, is a semi(actually less than that) pro regional soccer league limited to extreme southern Ontario, that probably couldn't beat the villages that start off in the extra preliminary round of the 700 clubs plus English FA Cup. The CPSL is on the equivalent of the BC west coast "Pacific Coast Soccer League" which includes the Bellingham Washington team...If they won the PCSL, it would be like saying Bellingham were the soccer domestic league Champions of the US!

If the list were accurate, it would have the A-League Champions (and Voyageur's Cup winners, a semi-official Canadian Cup awarded by the Canada supporters website and for which the USL supported by scheduling interlocking matches between the Canadian teams) Montreal Impact as Canadian Champions. They are at least 3rd Division level in England, and could beat any MLS team every other day or so. They sghould have been involved in at least qualifying for the CONCACAF Champions Cup, but the CSA can't get of their duffs to get a Canadian club involved.
