witch player had a great individual performance in one season for his club in leaque and leaque cup..performances where has saved to win the leaquechampionship and cup for his club.witch player did a great job in spain or italy,england,france,holland..ect.and when.....no international games..

for germany it could be gerd müller in season 1968-69..bayern munich won the german leaque and the german cup...

good defensive play was olso a big factor in this year..the total goals of bayern was 61 goals in 34 games.....gerd müller has scored 30 of bayerns total 61 goals , but he has played only 30 games, he missed 4 games where has ended for bayern with 2 loss and 2 draws.....he has scored in this 30 games 52% of bayerns goals..

ironicly he got a red card same season and was suspended to play 4 leaque games , suspended to play 3 games for the nationalteam and suspended to play the first cup game for bayern ,all 8 games without him has ended without a win for bayern or team germany..proov how important müller was for both teams...

the firstround cup game without müller at home in extratime has ended in a disapointing 0:0...

müllers return after his red card for bayern was important and the repeat cupgame has ended with a 1:0 away win (goal from müller)..the second round cup game bayern won 1:0 (no müller goal)..in the quartercupfinal müller has scored both goals (2:0 win )..in the semicupfinal müller has scored both goals (2:0 win)..in the cupfinal müller has scored both goals (2:1 win)..

müller in 5 games has scored 7 of bayerns total 8 goals (87.5%) to win the leaquecup + müller has scored 52% of bayerns 58 goals scored in 30 games to win the german championship same year too...

he was topscorer in germany and was awarded player of the year in germany season 1968-69..

something like this could happen only 1 times in 50 years...

who did a similare job in other countrys??

Well the obvious candidates are Maradona 1986-7 for Napoli, and Ronaldo 1996-7 for Barcelona. Both were in phenomenal form in those two seasons.

On a personal note, the best season I have ever seen was David Ginola for Spurs in 1998-9. Although Spurs only finished 11th in that season we would probably have been relegated if it wasn't for Ginola. That season we also won the Worthington Cup and were FA Cup semifinalists with Ginola in sparkling form.

When you consider that United did the treble, but Ginola was the PFA and Football Writers player of the year, you realise quite how good he was. The man walked on water that season and many teams had two men mark him because he was such a danger. What's more he ws probably the only player in that team to maintain all of Spurs traditions, to play attacking, exciting football and not worry about the other team. He epitomised all that Danny Blanchflower said that football was all about and the fans loved him.

In 2001 both he and Sol Campbell left the club. It was the transfer of David Ginola that really hurt.

That Ginola season was awesome. But I have to go with Ronaldo's season at Barcelona. Christ, I don't think I'll ever see anything like that again.

Gheorghe Hagi's 99/00 season at Galatasaray in which he won three main trophies. Turkish Premier Super Leage Cup, UEFA Cup, Super Cup. His entire stay with Galatasaray put them in first place in Turkey. Winning the UEFA Cup and Super Cup at age 35 is quite an achievement in itself. What is perhaps even greater is that Hagi gave Galatasaray a name on the world stage and instilled confidence in the future team and possible in Turkey for WC 2002.
