-I am 14 (nearly 15 in two days) and play for a top 4 club in PA and have played in the Super Y- league Nationals, so I have experience playing at the highest level. My question is:
This coming summer i am guest playing for a local club team who will be traveling to England and Scotland. How would one go about contacting a club team about coming to see me play?

Get on their websites and find the contact email or phone number for the front office. The person that answers should be able to tell you who to contact about player development. You will want to get a player resume and some recomendation letters/assesments together from your coaches. Your coach or whoever is in charge of the european trip may have to contact them as well to confirm the itinerary.... these guys hate showing up at a given place or time only to find it's wrong.
Be patient, be polite, and ask them to guide you through the best possible way to get this done. Don't expect miracles or for them to bend over backwards for you..... they get thousands of these calls and most of them turn out to be worthless.

Thank you.
Should i send my resume to smaller english clubs rather than the man u's, chelseas etc or send them to as many as possible?

I know someone at Preston North End. Try them and try contacting a youth coach named Andy Johnson. They are very good at developing youth players that get sold to bigger clubs.
Also, try Crystal Palace, another good youth system. A friend of mine, Derek Broadley used to be there as a youth development coach. He is in Pennsylvania now, Philly area I believe. Let me know how it goes in a PM as I will be likely seeing Derek at the NSCAA convention in two weeks.
As for my friend Andy, I will see if I can track him down by email and see what he has to suggest.
The big clubs are great, just don't limit yourself to that because you'll be competing against a lot of established youth national team kids from all over the world.

See this thread: Academies (http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=159976)
It's not likely that you will get a scout or coach to come to your game especially to see only you based on a letter or phone call. It's not that they are rude, it's just not really worth their time. The scouts have teams, clubs, and coaches that they trust for recommendations, and they will go to prestigeous tournaments where they can scout many players at once. Then they will extend an invitation for a trial. Any serious trial (for an invitation for an Academy roster spot) lasts for six weeks. So unless you are prepared to stay for at least that long and be better than those kids that are there (some of whom may have been with them and developing since they were 7 or 8 years old), the chances are slim.
